Litos is expanding its diversified portfolio with real-estate investments according to the following guiding principles:
- A focus on properties from approx. €10 million to approx. €50 million.
- Selective acquisition of well-situated properties or property holding companies with appreciation potential based on a thorough due diligence process. The achievement of attractive returns by way of active asset management, such as modernization measures or well thought-out leasing strategies for properties with leasing/marketing potential. The aim of this value-enhancing approach is to reposition these properties and collect higher levels of rent than at the time of the purchase.
- Current target markets are dynamic locations in Germany that are strong in the long term, with a focus on properties used for offices, retail and business.
- Litos Immobilien AG achieves its return targets by purchasing existing cash-flow-orientated properties in the target markets – something also reflected in the portfolio that Litos AG has acquired up to the present day.
