Klaus Laminet joined Investa Projektentwicklungs- und Verwaltungs GmbH in 1974 as an additional managing director and partner, two years after the company was founded by Dr. Klaus Märten in 1972.
Klaus Laminet has more than three decades of experience in real-estate project development and project management. He is known for his excellent knowledge of the German and European real-estate markets.
He studied economics in Munich and Innsbruck, and is a founding partner of Hannover Leasing, one of Germany’s leading leasing companies.
Klaus Laminet was also a member of the Advisory Council at the HypoVereinsbank until 2004. He has completed projects in major towns and cities throughout Germany with a total value of more than 3 billion euros. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board at Litos Immobilien AG since September 2012.
